Regulations containing Gazette No. 1534/18 dated 01.02.2018, Gazette No. 1533/16 and Gazette No. 25.01.2008 and Gazette No. 924/12 and Gazette No. 23.05.1996 for the formal execution of the procedure for issuance of Environmental Protection Permit. Acts No. 53 of 2000 and No. 56 of 1988 shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the National Environmental Act No. 47 of 1980 as amended.
• To obtain licenses
- Application by fresh application form.
- Renewal of license already obtained. (Renewal should be done before 03 months before the license is revoked. In that case, for licenses that are not renewed before the license is revoked, a new application will have to be submitted subject to a field test (with test fees).
