Tenders are invited for the lease of the shops mentioned in the annexure below owned by the Baddegama Pradeshiya Sabha for trade other than meat, fish, country drinks under the long-term lease system.
Tender applications should be obtained by paying a non-refundable tender form fee of Rs. 2,000.00 and a refundable security deposit of Rs. 3,000.00.

Tender forms completed in accordance with the tender conditions should be sent by registered post to the address “Chairman, Pradeshiya Sabha, Baddegama” or delivered by hand and deposited in the tender box at the head office.

The final decision on all tenders rests with the Procurement Committee.
