Tenders are invited for the lease of the shop room mentioned in the annexure below owned by Baddegama Pradeshiya Sabha for trade other than meat, fish, country drinks under the long-term lease system.
Shop Room No. 03, Ground Floor, Shopping Complex, Kumme, Baddegama

1. Issuance of tenders – 2026.06.30 from 9.00 a.m. to 2026.07.16 3.00 p.m.
2. Acceptance of tenders – 2026.06.30 from 9.30 a.m. to 2026.07.17 11.00 a.m.
3. Opening of tenders will be held on 2026.07.17 at 11.30 a.m. at the head office of Baddegama Pradeshiya Sabha.

Tender application forms should be obtained by paying a non-refundable tender form fee of Rs. 2,000.00 and a refundable security deposit of Rs. 3,000.00.

Tender forms completed in accordance with the tender conditions should be sent by registered post to the address “Chairman, Pradeshiya Sabha, Baddegama” or hand delivered and deposited in the tender box at the head office.
The final decision on all tenders rests with the Procurement Committee.
